We collect information to provide our unified API, optimize routing, and ensure account security.

Billing Information: If you purchase credits or subscriptions, our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) collect your credit card details and billing address. We do not store full credit card numbers.
API Input Data: The text prompts, files, images, code, or context you send to our API endpoints ("Input Data") to be processed by AI models.

Usage Logs & Telemetry: We collect technical logs including API endpoint access, timestamps, latency, error rates, token usage counts, and the specific AI models invoked.

Smart Scheduling & Optimization: To analyze request patterns to route traffic to the most cost-effective or performant model, and to handle failovers during provider outages.
Billing & Metering: To accurately calculate token usage and manage "pay-as-you-go" balances.
Communications: To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect API key abuse, abnormal usage spikes, and unauthorized access.
Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, tax laws, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose your information only in the ways described below:

3.1. Transmission to AI Model Providers

To fulfill your requests, we must share your API Input Data with the Third-Party AI Model Providers supported by our platform (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Midjourney, etc.).

Note: Once data is transmitted to these providers, it is subject to their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for how third-party providers use or store your data.

3.2. Vendors and Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Payment processing.
Email communication services.

3.3. Business Transfers

5.1. Security Measures

We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, please remember that no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API Keys.

5.2. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active plus a period required for legal/tax compliance.
API Transmission Data: We retain API Input/Output content only for the short duration necessary to process the transaction and debug errors. We generally do not use your API data to train our own proprietary models unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate Enterprise Agreement.
Logs: Metadata logs are retained for a limited period (e.g., 90 days) for analytics and security, then anonymized or deleted.

Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information.
